Who narrates Penguin Colony?
Lenval Brown narrates Penguin Colony. Both the official Steam description and Fellow Traveller’s game page credit him. If you recognised the voice associated with Disco Elysium, this is the credited narrator you are looking for.
Choose text language separately
The store lists English full audio and multiple subtitle languages. Selecting Japanese text does not imply Japanese narration. Check the supported-language table before buying for a particular audio language. The official pages used here name the narrator; this page does not claim to be a complete cast list.
